About the Tucson Chapter

The Tucson Chapter is one of ten MOAA chapters in the state of Arizona. The chapter was formed and chartered around 2007; the first bylaws of the Chapter are dated 5 December 2007. The mission of the Chapter is threefold: 1) advocate and support MOAA national goals, programs and priorities; 2) advocate and support the Arizona and metro Tucson programs, activities and proposed legislation that benefit military personnel, military retirees, veterans and their families; and 3) encourage and promote a spirit of volunteerism and participation in programs and activities beneficial to our metro Tucson civic and military communities.
